We’ll remind you at the register during checkout when you have a reward to use. Easily view your points, Sandwich Punch Card, and Juice & Smoothie Punch Card with your online account at WildRootsMarket.com. Rewards expire after 45 days.

HOW DO I EARN POINTS?

At checkout, simply enter your mobile phone number before paying and earn 1 point per dollar on *almost everything you buy. When you buy supplements, vitamins, and body care products, you’ll earn two points for every dollar spent. In addition, by signing up for paperless receipts on your online account, you’ll get a one-time bonus of 250 points. *Points cannot be earned on alcohol, bottle deposits, gift cards, donations, taxes, and fees.

DO I NEED A CARD? 

Nope! All you need is your phone number (a 10-digit number) to register your account and start earning. You simply enter your number at the register before paying.

WHAT PRODUCTS EARN DOUBLE POINTS?

You’ll receive double the points per dollar spent on all supplements, vitamins, and body care.

HOW DO I GET A REWARD? 

When you earn 500 points, you’ll automatically receive a $5 reward on your account to spend the next time you’re at the store (rewards will show up in your account the next day) or any time you shop in the next 45 days.

DO POINTS AND REWARDS EXPIRE?

Points will expire after 6 months only if there has been no activity with your account. Rewards expire after 45 days of the issue date.

CAN I STACK MY REWARDS WITH OTHER COUPONS OR OFFERS?

Yup! Your rewards are yours—you can use them however you’d like. You choose when to use them and are welcome to combine them with other offers. If you happen to earn another 500 points before you spend your reward balance, and before your reward expires, you’ll have another $5 reward added to your account as an additional coupon.

DO I NEED TO BE A WILD ROOTS REWARDS MEMBER TO GET SALE PRICES?

Not at all! All customers will continue to have access to sales. If you’re enrolled in Wild Roots Rewards, you’ll earn points on those purchases.

WHERE CAN I UPDATE MY INFORMATION AND TRACK MY POINTS AND REWARD BALANCES?

Visit www.wildrootsmarket.com/rewards to create your profile. From there, you can update your account information, change your contact preferences, opt-in to paperless receipts, and track your points and rewards.

DO I HAVE TO BE SIGNED UP FOR REWARDS TO GET PAPERLESS RECEIPTS?

Yes, you’ll need to apply your shopping trip to your account each time you check out with your enrolled mobile phone number. Once you create a profile at wildrootsmarket.com/rewards, you can sign up for e-receipts and update your contact preferences at any time. You must have a copy of your receipt (paper or electronic) to make a return.

CAN I COMBINE ACCOUNTS WITH A HOUSEHOLD MEMBER?

Each Wild Roots Rewards account has one account owner—and can only have one mobile phone number, email address, and name attached to it. If your family wants to share an account to accumulate points, please choose one family member as the primary account holder—and decide which mobile phone number and email address to use on your account. Each member of the household can then use the account by typing in that mobile phone number at checkout. An account phone number that is connected to a Senior Discount CANNOT be used by anyone else besides the senior shopper. 

I FORGOT TO PUT IN MY PHONE NUMBER FOR A PURCHASE. CAN I STILL GET MY POINTS?

Email rewards@wildrootsmarket.com and share receipt number, date, total, and phone # linked to your account.

HOW DO I CHANGE THE PHONE NUMBER ASSOCIATED WITH MY ACCOUNT?

Please email rewards@wildrootsmarket.com and include the phone number you signed up with and the number you want it changed to.

WHAT IF I DON’T WANT TO USE MY PHONE NUMBER?

We encourage you to sign up with a cell phone number—if you have one—because that’s the best way to get the most out of the program with the easiest experience. However, we understand not everyone has or wants to use their cell phone to participate, in which case you’re welcome to use your landline phone number. In this case, the best way to join the program is through the online customer portal at wildrootsmarke.com/rewards.

Senior Discount & Wild Root Rewards

Wild Roots Market is proud to offer a 10% discount to shoppers 65 years or better who are enrolled in our Wild Roots Rewards program. In addition to all the great benefits and rewards available with the Wild Roots Rewards program, shoppers 65+ who enrolled their phone number in our Senior Discount Program will receive 10% off purchases (excluding sushi, case discount, wine 6-pack offer, and gift cards) Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays*.

DO I NEED A CARD TO GET THE SENIOR DISCOUNT AT CHECKOUT?

Nope! With enrollment into the Wild Roots Rewards program, seniors will now be able to use their phone number (a 10-digit number) instead of a card at the registers once they finalize enrollment. On your next shopping trip, ask the cashier to verify your information when your card is scanned – they will check that the right phone number, name, and email address (if applicable) is applied to your account. In the future, you will just need your phone number.

CAN MY PARTNER OR FRIEND USE MY PHONE NUMBER EVEN THOUGH THEY AREN’T A SENIOR?

No, they may not. Senior phone number accounts can only be used by the person’s name on the account. Abuse of this policy may result in the discount being removed from the account.

CAN I USE MY PHONE NUMBER THAT I USE TO GET MY SENIOR DISCOUNT ANY DAY OF THE WEEK? 

Yes! As a member of Wild Roots Rewards, you will earn points every time you shop every day of the week. The additional 10% off your purchase (excluding sushi, case discount, wine 6-pack offer, and gift cards) will automatically be active on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.

WHAT IF I’M JUST TURNING 65 OR NEVER HAD A SENIOR DISCOUNT CARD BEFORE? 

No problem. Simply enroll in the Wild Roots Rewards program. Once enrolled, tell the cashier that you’d like to enroll in the Senior Discount days. They will hand you a form, verify your age with valid ID, and submit your form to the program admin. Your discount will appear on your account within 7-10 business days. While waiting for the discount day enrollment approval, you’ll continue to earn points and access the other great benefits as a member of Wild Roots Rewards.

HOW DO I SELECT MY SCHOOL? 

  1. Login to your account. If you haven’t registered your account yet, follow the registration steps.
  2. Go to your account details by clicking your name or “Your Account” in the top right corner or under the menu on mobile devices.
  3. Select Customer Programs.
  4. Under “Support Our Schools,” choose the enrolled school you want your purchases to go towards. You can only select one school. You can change your school at any time. 

WHAT IF I DON’T SEE MY SCHOOL?

If the school you are looking for is not listed, contact your school administrator about enrollment into Wild Roots Rewards or you can email rewards@wildrootsmarket.com for more information.
