At Wild Roots Market in Felton and Boulder Creek, we donate at least 10% of our profits back to the community. Donation request forms are available at the check out counters of both stores or you can download a form by clicking here: Wild Roots Donation Request form. Form MUST be returned in store, due to high volume of requests, we are unable to accept forms via email or fax.
Our schools are very important to us in the Santa Cruz Mountains and that is why we created the “Support our Schools” or S.O.S. program. Simply pre-pay for a gift card and we will donate 5% to the school of your choice. Cards can be reused and you can add any amount. The more you shop, the more we can share.
Wild Roots Market will make a donation to one of six local non-profits for each reusable bag you shop with. Simply select the charity of your choice and drop in a Community Roots Token before leaving the store.
On Wednesdays and Thursdays, our well-seasoned shoppers are eligible for a 10% discount on their entire purchase.
Are you 65-years-old or better? If so, we want to get you a discount card! You can ask for an application at a cash register from either store. Once you complete the application, return it to the cashier and show them your I.D. Then you’ll get an official discount card that you can use to shop on Wednesdays and Thursdays to earn 10% off your purchase.
As a long time fixture in the Santa Cruz Mountains, every year Wild Roots Market sponsors local events that provide funding for charities and schools in the San Lorenzo Valley and the surrounding area. These annual events feature activities for kids, local artisans, food and drinks, and lively entertainment for locals and visitors alike.
We also host “Community Roots Days” several times a year where we donate 5% percent of our daily sales directly to schools and not-for-profits working to improve our San Lorenzo Valley and the Santa Cruz Mountains.
Please stop by the store to pick up an application if your charity or school is interested in seeking a donation or a sponsorship. You can also download the form here: Wild Roots Donation Request form. Sorry, due to high volume, we cannot accept requests over the phone or via email.
